“Really great experience from start to finish. The team were responsive, helpful, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. The quality of the umbrellas is excellent and the branding has come out exactly how we wanted. They also handled our colour queries really well and made sure we were confident before going into full production. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived as expected. Overall, a very professional service and we’d definitely use them again.”

“This is the second time we have used this company to purchase parasols. The first time we ordered bespoke parasols for a new area and this year we have ordered some plain ones. The parasols are far better quality than we have purchased from other companies. We will be placing another order before the summer. Excellent quality and fantastic customer service throughout. “We were looking for premium umbrellas with our company branding, and that’s exactly what we got. From the outset, the team were really helpful in guiding us through the options to achieve the luxury feel we wanted. We went back and forth a few times to refine the details, and they delivered perfectly against the brief. A standout feature was being able to include two different logos on the umbrellas, which added flexibility and elevated the final product. Although we ordered 25 units to meet the minimum order, the pricing still came in cheaper than competitors offering lower quantities. Importantly, this didn’t come at the expense of quality, the umbrellas feel genuinely premium. Customer service was excellent throughout, with multiple approval steps to ensure we were happy with the final result. Overall, we’re really pleased with both the product and the experience, and would happily recommend them.”
