“We needed pest control as we were hearing noises in the loft, the pest controller from BPC found the issue to be rats and treated the problem. Identified the issue was to do with our sewers, once this was repaired we don't have any more rats”
“Simon the engineer has been to me several times. On each occasion he showed empathy and understanding about my concerns regarding rodents in my loft. I like to know the details of what to expect etc. Simon did that with compassion and professionalism. He explained where it looked like they may be coming in from. I have now put metal mesh, wire wool and mortar all around the inside perimeter of my loft. Also, outside under the guttering and facia boards.

“I was extremely fortunate to have Simon as my operative. There was no sense that he was trying to spend the minimum amount of time. His explanations of vermin behaviour helped me how to better approach my mice problem. Also his efforts to best ascertain the mices entry points were revelations. After 2 visits spaced over approximately 3 weeks a combination of my efforts and pest control seems to have eliminated all discernible mice activity. With my newly gained knowledge keeping on top of things will be easier.”
