Tracking shipment feature was not working from the email I received and it is difficult to understand if there is shipment tracking capability.”
“The goods from Bonsoir are allways excellent!! Very good quality. Bonsoir should though be avle to trade without VAT. I live in Norway outside the EU, which means I pay tax twice. On the goods to GB and on arrival to Norway. This is not good customer service.”

Also product description should indicate whether it is a "winter" or " summer " garment , and the country of manufacture.”

“It is a lovely dressing gown. But I was really disappointed that I received a size XL and not XXL as I had ordered. I didn’t realise this till after Christmas. It fits my partner but it’s a bit tight on the shoulder.”
“Nice comfortable nightshirt. Need care when washing even on 40 degrees as it has a tendency to lose colour, though this applies more to the same one I bought in blue”
