“I think your fabrics and making up are faultless, but your dressing gowns do not overlap enough. I had that problem with a dressing gown I bought in the spring and the same for my husband which I returned.”

“You promised normal delivery within 2-4 working days so I did not chose express delivery at an additional £10.
The post office could not track your item until day 4 as they had not received it yet. It was delivered a full week after ordering by which time I had left on holiday and had to organise alternatives finding a neighbour who was there.
Do not make promises it seems you have no organisation in place to keep!

Your order was placed on Friday 26th July and unfortunately was not processed the same day but was despatched on Monday 29th July, the following working day. We have found that Royal Mail are taking a little longer to process and deliver parcels on some occasions so we will pass your feedback on to our Marketing Team so we can adjust the information we provide to customers at the time of order so all the facts are available.

“Excellent customer service and speedy delivery, both of which are important to me. Beautiful quality and timeless items which I enjoy. I have given a four star review due to sizing. The pyjamas are too long on both the tops and bottoms for me at 5 foot 4 inches.
I have to tuck the tops into the trousers which is not perfect as there is a lot of fabric to tuck in. Please would you make a shorter option for your shorter customers in your pyjamas. I think they are currently optimised for those around 5 foot 7 inch tall, and I imagine the majority of us are not that. Love the prints and styles though.”
