“Whilst the nightdress I ordered came very promptly, the wrong size was sent. The invoice gave the correct size but that was not what I received. I rang Bonsoir who asked me to return the garment - and I had a freepost label, but nonetheless this was a bit of a hassle. I do not yet know whether I will receive the size I ordered.”
