“Twice now had to call out repair man as you have let our oil run to low with your monitor never had this problem when we ordered ourselves”

“I found the tank level monitoring system uncontrollable as orders were placed on my behalf regardless of weather I thought i needed it. It therefore gave the best price at that point but may not have been what I wanted to pay. Also the monthly tariff for the SIM card in the monitor made the whole order more expensive. So i have chosen to opt out. I will probably order from Boiler Juice but on my terms”

“No issues except I was not left a delivery print out from the tanker To be honest i have no conformation of how much oil was delivered. My tank gauge might be inacurate but it certainly did not register to show my ordered oil quantity had been delivered. Regardless of coronavirus restrictions there is no excuse for not leaving the tanker print out. Back to my old supplier for me.”
