Hi Eloy I am extremely sorry to hear you didn't find your shopping experience with us satisfactory. However, there are a number of points in your review I would like to address. Chinese quality product at European price - The particular item you purchased was sourced from Taiwan. We buy these in bulk and have them shipped by sea by the hundreds to the UK. Unfortunately, there are no other manufacturers making these out of polyurethane within Europe, aside from small businesses making fibreglass copies of those ones we import. - Without parts for installation and without assembly instructions Each front lip is supplied with self-tapping screws for installation. Unfortunately we cannot supply fitting instructions for every product made by every manufacturer and remain competitive on price. However, we do provide instructions for products that we design and manufacture where installation is not straightforward or instructions are not otherwise available. - If you buy outside the UK you will have to pay VAT and customs Please see our other reviews of EU customers successfully buying from us with VAT and duties included. Unfortunately, the product you purchased was larger than allowed on the delivery services that do include VAT and duties. This is clearly indicated at the checkout as a notification. VAT is also shown separately as £0 when this is the case. Any item under 120cm can be shipped including VAT and duties to any country in mainland Europe.

“Product came out of the package with minor cosmetic damage - not fussy about that as it worked fine. It turned out I did not need it after all but was told I could not return it due to the cosmetic damage even though it came out of the packaging that way. Explained that but never heard back. Can't criticise anything else as it was dispatched and shipped quickly. Would still use Bofi again just would make sure I didn't need to return anything!”

“Ordered some fender flares after being recommended this company. The set came and they were poorly packaged and damaged. A quick email got that all sorted though, new fender flares in next to no time at all and polite, kind and quick customer service, some of the best out there. 10/10 would shop again.”

Hi Georgi, We can see from your two orders with us that the first was delivered within a few days, as stated on our lead times on the website. Your most recent order took us a month to fulfil, you should have received this today. We do our best to provide accurate lead times when products are not in stock and our stock management system sends updates with actual lead times we have been provided for items we are waiting to re-stock. Unfortunately, the products you have ordered have been subject to continual manufacturing delays which further push back the timeframes we're expecting. We're actively trying to resolve this by putting more stock on the shelves. When it comes to in-stock products, where our website shows a stock qty, we will dispatch on the same day often for next day delivery. We pride ourselves on continually improving our service and transparency and while some line items are a struggle, the vast majority are going in the right direction. If there is anything we can do to help with this order or any future orders, if you have an urgent requirement and need us to look at alternatives please don't hesitate to contact us.
