Product came out of the package with minor cosmetic damage - not fussy about that as it worked fine. It turned out I did not need it after all but was told I could not return it due to the cosmetic damage even though it came out of the packaging that way. Explained that but never heard back.
Can't criticise anything else as it was dispatched and shipped quickly. Would still use Bofi again just would make sure I didn't need to return anything!
