“Muy mal vendedor, entrega mas tarde de un mes, producto de calidad china a precio europeo, sin partes para la instalación y sin instrucciones de montaje. ATENCION si comprais fuera de UK tendreis que pagar iva y aduanas, aunque el vendedor engaña y dice lo contrario.”

Hi Eloy I am extremely sorry to hear you didn't find your shopping experience with us satisfactory. However, there are a number of points in your review I would like to address. Chinese quality product at European price - The particular item you purchased was sourced from Taiwan. We buy these in bulk and have them shipped by sea by the hundreds to the UK. Unfortunately, there are no other manufacturers making these out of polyurethane within Europe, aside from small businesses making fibreglass copies of those ones we import. - Without parts for installation and without assembly instructions Each front lip is supplied with self-tapping screws for installation. Unfortunately we cannot supply fitting instructions for every product made by every manufacturer and remain competitive on price. However, we do provide instructions for products that we design and manufacture where installation is not straightforward or instructions are not otherwise available. - If you buy outside the UK you will have to pay VAT and customs Please see our other reviews of EU customers successfully buying from us with VAT and duties included. Unfortunately, the product you purchased was larger than allowed on the delivery services that do include VAT and duties. This is clearly indicated at the checkout as a notification. VAT is also shown separately as £0 when this is the case. Any item under 120cm can be shipped including VAT and duties to any country in mainland Europe.

“I have ordered a few items and they almost never come fast my last order has taken almost 2 months and its not here yet.”

Hi Georgi, We can see from your two orders with us that the first was delivered within a few days, as stated on our lead times on the website. Your most recent order took us a month to fulfil, you should have received this today. We do our best to provide accurate lead times when products are not in stock and our stock management system sends updates with actual lead times we have been provided for items we are waiting to re-stock. Unfortunately, the products you have ordered have been subject to continual manufacturing delays which further push back the timeframes we're expecting. We're actively trying to resolve this by putting more stock on the shelves. When it comes to in-stock products, where our website shows a stock qty, we will dispatch on the same day often for next day delivery. We pride ourselves on continually improving our service and transparency and while some line items are a struggle, the vast majority are going in the right direction. If there is anything we can do to help with this order or any future orders, if you have an urgent requirement and need us to look at alternatives please don't hesitate to contact us.

“The item showed in stock, after a couple of weeks an email arrived to say it was not in stock. Nearly 8 weeks passed before the things turned up. For the last 2 weeks of waiting the same email arrived every day to say it was not in stock!! No why, no discount for next time, no bobble hat, just 150 quid for some bolts. I'm sure they are perfect. However I've not had time to fit them, as I ordered them when I needed them, not several weeks after the season started!”

“The front lip came completely bent out of shape. I emailed BOFI asking for a refund and they said I should just use a heat gun. Definitely won’t be buying from here again”

Hi Simon We originally replied to you with the following advice. All of the front lips we sell are made from thermosetting plastic (polyurethane) which can sometimes get deformed in transit due to many factors. This is easily resolved by heating the front lip with a heat gun or hairdryer. Occasionally polyurethane lips sometimes do not fit straight out of the box. We usually advise to fit from the middle section outwards. We recommend to fit the lips with a friend - to help hold the lip on the car, you may also want to heat the areas that are a little deformed. These lips are made from a mould to fit the shape of the desired car so they will fit with a little tweaking. Unfortunately, you then left us a negative review without contacting us again. At this point, we offered you either a full refund if you returned your lip or 15% off the product. As you accepted the 15% off the product we would greatly appreciate it if you could amend your review, as we did everything we could to ensure you had a good experience shopping with us.
