I want to be trusting, but I have not heard anything about when the merchandise is being shipped out, or any kind of correspondence regarding when to possibly expect. I purchased this Nov 28th and the only contact or correspondence I have seen come in is the day purchased indicating that my order was received. It has been paid for already (I see that money has been taken out of my account.) No invoice sent either to reassure me as a consumer that the order is being filled. I am not a fan of this process. Some explanation of where the merchandise is being shipped from and what type of delivery service would be appreciated.

Angekündigte Lieferzeit 2-3Tage, bis heute keine Lieferung geschweige denn eine Information warum es länger dauert.. Stattdessen eine Bitte um Bewertung für etwas was ich bestellt und bezahlt, aber nicht bekommen habe, das ist entweder dreist oder dumm..

Damaged on arrival, one plastic part is cracked and needs to be replaced, but a replacement part can't be shipped so I need to re-package the exercise bike and send it back and wait for a replacement whole unit. It seems like quite a waste in transport, and my time, when simply shipping the one damaged piece would solve this, hence two stars. Annoying as the bike looks good and otherwise well built.

Unfortunately my treadmill was damaged on delivery and I have contacted yourselves but as of yet haven’t had a response which is a bit disappointing as it cost £799.00.

my 3d plate has a screw missing, the delivery was awful(2 weeks and the package was heavily damaged.

Ca fait mois que j'ai mon Bluefin. Je fait une heure par jour sur L , vitesse 180 mais aucun resultat pour l'instant . Je vais persévérer mais je dois dire que je ne suis pas trop impressioné par cette appareil.

Bonjour, désolé d'apprendre que vous n'obtenez pas les résultats que vous espériez. Bien que nos articles aident à perdre du poids et à se tonifier, ce n'est que pour aider à un déficit calorifique dans lequel vous devez être, afin de perdre du poids. Il existe de nombreux autres facteurs personnels qui peuvent contribuer à ce que cela ne se produise pas. Don't buy unless you are shorter than 5 foot 8! It is amazingly quiet - I can actually hear my music / podcast now as I train. The problem is the size! It is built for children or people around 5 and a half feet tall. The stride is a ridiculously small 12 inches, as a opposed to a good 18 or 20 inch stride. It makes all the difference. I would have sent it back had I not built the damn thing. Don't get me wrong, it works well... especially the computer readout, but it just not big enough.

Very quick sevice when I buy( orders online get response immediately and Delivery on time) but after purchase, product seem to have problem I emailed to help a support, got only an automatic email response.

The delivery of my cross trainer took a lot longer than was promised with no initial communication from Bluefin as to why. They are only contactable by email which is unacceptable. They usually respond within 72 hours which is not quick enough to get the answers needed. The box was damaged and the plastic supporting the bar at the rear of the cross trainer was cracked. It was a nightmare to assemble and there are annoying very loud creaks and squeaks with every movement. The nuts and bolts loosen after every exercise session. They supply unnecessary plastic covers for all the joints. Leave them off as you have to remove them anyway to tighten all the nuts and bolts. Such a pain and a workout in its self. The app that they suggest is NOT compatible with an android phone, only an i phone which I do not have. The actual movement of the cross trainer is a smooth action which is the only positive I can give. It is certainly not worth what they charge. The manufacturer needs to re-think the type of nuts and bolts to prevent them loosening after every session.. What else to say, but I am very disappointed.

Due to the global pandemic, there has been a huge surge on demand for all aspects of the supply chain and order process which led to delays we sadly could not have foreseen. Demand on our support team went from around 500 new enquiries per week to a peak of 15000 which is why Bluefin decided to amend the response time to 72 hours to better manage the expectations of customers for when to expect a response from the team. It was also decided to turn off phones and chat, otherwise the response time for emails would have been even longer and it was easier to keep things on one channel. This is by no means an excuse, but I just wanted to provide some context as to the comments you had made. I am sorry to hear about the issues with the item itself, and I have passed the feedback on so we can look to improve the item alongside the packaging. Le tapis de course est de médiocre qualité en regard du prix. Ex. Délai beaucoup trop long pour être livré Pas de descente du tapis avec amortisseur - il faut accompagner la descente à la main ! Capot cassé - plastique trop fragile Notice très mal traduite Très déçu de mon achat qui ne ressemble pas à la description sur le site. Dommage car le service client était plutôt. Bien

I was away the week my treadmill arrived but got no notification to say that it had been delivered. It was left at the back of my house. When I was setting up my treadmill I found that the plug was smashed and requested a new one. After three emails and over a week had gone by I finally got a one-sentence reply to say that they would send me a new plug. That has been three weeks ago and there is still no sign of the plug. Very poor service. I can even review the treadmill itself as I have it for a month but still haven’t been able to use it. It’s definitely been a very poor experience thus far.

Demand on the support team at the time you ordered had increased 10-15x, so they were behind on their response times but working super hard to get answers back to customers as quickly as humanly possible. I can see we sent the plug out for you as soon as we saw your email, and as we didn't receive a response, can only assume everything is now OK. The customer service was appalling. I understand and expect the level of customer service to be slower with COVID-19 but it was more or less none existent. When I finally got replies to my emails they didn't answer my questions. It took a member of their marketing team to get answers for me.

5 week waiting list for Tour Sp Bike (COVID accepted). Further delayed by 2 weeks with no explanation. Informed it is on it's way but no delivery info. Ask - no answer. Ask again, vague answer. 3 times - no personal reply, almost like it was computer generated by a computer that doesn't know what's going on. The bike - it was not designed by anyone who knows anything about Spin Bikes. Dimensions all wrong and only suitable by those on the larger end of average size. Doesn't sit straight, electronic display turns on but does nothing, HR monitor doesn't work, arm rests do not allow usual handle bar to be held (as per a normal bike), electronic display in the way of holding racing bars (middle), Kino App not compatible with the bike even though it was sold together. Customer service abysmal. If I thought it would ever be sorted, I would ask for a refund. Using the bike and made adaptions to how I hold the handlebars and quickly removed the electronic display and had to try hard not to throw it in the bin. The Kino App is no better than standard free Apps on a smart phone, so I am not missing that either. On the plus side, it is making me sweat, but so would putting my head in the oven. The fly wheel is good for the price and the bike has filled a gap.

The instructions to assemble it are not thorough. The most important part, the wire connections are not explained well.

I knew that there was a 6 week shipment wait which I understand given the circumstances. However since there has been a further 2 week delay and no sign of the bike I have ordered and paid for? So I am not sure how or why I have been sent a review.

the 1st refurbished plate I received didn't work, I returned and I received a new one refurbished (after 45 days from my original order) without a handle.. customer service states they came without an handle but it's false because there is clearly something missed on that side of the plate. I just hope the plate performance is good anyway! So i cannot say to be a satisfied customer. Only the customer service support was ok.
