We used the vibration plate and it worked fine, although it caused problems for my wife. Only used for a few days we were unable to return. Please read there policy before any purchase.

La plateforme ne fonctionne pas correctement : seule la fonction L est opérante, la fonction H est défectueuse. Je demande un échange en urgence (cadeau de Noël). Votre service qualité et contrôle est défaillant, je ne suis pas satisfaite.

Produit arrivé avec le xahe écran décollé et coller sur les brochures, une honte pour le prix, quelle solution pour ne pas renvoyer le produit? Une ristourne sera la bienvenue !!!

Non sono soddisfatta poiché nella confezione mancavano :libretto di istruzioni, elastici per l attività e il telecomando non funziona. Ho già segnalato tutto ciò ma non ho ancora avuto risposta!

The product u sent to me was already a litlle bit damaged. It is working and does what it is supposed to do, but I am afraid that the crack will spread. I haven't returned the item. Should I? What do u suggest?

The electic plug is very loose. It comes unplugged very easily. Otherwise, we love the machine.

At the moment the machine is making very loud rattling noises, specially when holding bands. I will have someone check into it in case something is loose and then I will be able to provide a better review.

When order first places I used a POBx, I received no notification that the order was not processed due to using POBx, I had to message. Then they told me payment did not go through, which I had to send them proof. I changed address, no notifications that product sent, I had to ask. Communication really needs worked on , esp for the price of products that are being sold

Die Blufin Fitness 3d Vibration Plate ist nicht für den Muskelaufbau geeignet. Ich würde dieses Gerät nicht wieder kaufen und kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.

I ordered bluefin fitness there. Was a code saying I could get a discount of £100 this was refused at checkout.I-sent a report to you I did not get a reply.the order was returned to you would you please return my money. ,I don’t want the machine at full price thank you. M mcdonal

Took almost 6 weeks to be delivered an several attempts on my end to make contact with company to find out what was going on with my order because I was charged. Company has no phone Number listed , have to wait for a live chat option . not happy an although issue was finally resolved I would have cancelled had it not been for item due to be delivered next day .

Wanted to contact sales having parts lineup issues to assemble the machine. No phone number to call, my emails was rejected. Have to fix the part on my own so I can fasten that rails right. Big SAFTY concerns. No phone number to call, they have one British address to write to. This is 2019 yo. I was miss lead. I thought the vibration machine was made in England. Ahhh ahhh ahhh. It's made in China. After direction was done it works fine. I wouldn't recommend it. Buy it on your own risk.

Leider war bei meinem gerät nicht alles okay. Ich musste Schrauben fest drehen die direkt unter der Gummimatte liegen diese haben sich schon fast durch die Gummimatte wo man mit den Füßen draufsteht fast durchgedrückt und musste die Matte entfernen die aber mit Klebeband befestigt ist schon zerstören,nun liegt die Gummimatte nur noch lose drauf und rutscht hin und her am liebsten würde ich einen Umtausch veranlassen habe aber nicht wirklich zeit dafür und benutze es halt jetzt so wie es ist vielleicht fällt ja der Firma was ein eine Lösung zu finden.
