5 week waiting list for Tour Sp Bike (COVID accepted). Further delayed by 2 weeks with no explanation. Informed it is on it's way but no delivery info. Ask - no answer. Ask again, vague answer. 3 times - no personal reply, almost like it was computer generated by a computer that doesn't know what's going on.
The bike - it was not designed by anyone who knows anything about Spin Bikes. Dimensions all wrong and only suitable by those on the larger end of average size. Doesn't sit straight, electronic display turns on but does nothing, HR monitor doesn't work, arm rests do not allow usual handle bar to be held (as per a normal bike), electronic display in the way of holding racing bars (middle), Kino App not compatible with the bike even though it was sold together.
Customer service abysmal. If I thought it would ever be sorted, I would ask for a refund. Using the bike and made adaptions to how I hold the handlebars and quickly removed the electronic display and had to try hard not to throw it in the bin. The Kino App is no better than standard free Apps on a smart phone, so I am not missing that either.
On the plus side, it is making me sweat, but so would putting my head in the oven.
The fly wheel is good for the price and the bike has filled a gap.
