“I ordered a flower press which did not arrive in the time that was suggested as being shipped within 24 hrs if order being placed, I waited patiently and then tried to contact through the online form and also through their suggested method of FB messenger..no reply zero communication from them, only after I resubmitted the online form asking for a refund if I did not receive the press did it eventually get sent..the press is nice but the company needs to communicate with their customers..your definitely not "good like that"”

Hi Roger Thank you for your review, I'm so sorry to hear your parcel arrived squished. Of course when it left us it was wrapped with care. It sounds as if its been damaged in transit and they have tried to stick it together with another tape (we only use brown recycled parcel tape). Once the parcel leaves us unfortunately we have to put our trust in the courier services and whilst they normally do a great job for us every once an a while a parcel does get damaged. I can only apologise on Evri's behalf.
