I ordered a flower press which did not arrive in the time that was suggested as being shipped within 24 hrs if order being placed, I waited patiently and then tried to contact through the online form and also through their suggested method of FB messenger..no reply zero communication from them, only after I resubmitted the online form asking for a refund if I did not receive the press did it eventually get sent..the press is nice but the company needs to communicate with their customers..your definitely not "good like that"
