“I was looking for a safe wooden toy for a 2 year old who is determined Everything has to go in his mouth! I also wanted a solid "retro" toy for him to play with rather than a flimsy plastic toy from abroad. The little oak station wagon, hand painted with nontoxic paint and made in Yorkshire is exactly right - and looks so beautifully made! Worth the investment.”

“The item I ordered was very good quality and very satisfied. However I was let down badly on delivery times. It stated next day dispatch and 2-3 days delivery but my delivery took 11 days to come and missed my wifes birthday so was very dissapointed.”

“Wish I had checked the recent reviews here before ordering from Blue Brontide. I ordered a flower press from them as a gift. Order was confirmed but then nothing. I have followed up multiple times to ask what is going on. I've had no response other than the postage being refunded. I've not had any other money back. All the while the continue to send me promotional emails. I would strongly recommend that you buy nothing from this company.”

“Shockingly bad company! If I could leave no stars, I would. Not someone who likes to leave a bad review, so when I do, you know it’s bad. Ordered and received a confirmation email. Then nothing for a further 10 days when it states on the website they dispatch next day. Needed it for something special, so inconvenienced me greatly. No response to my emails. Got a refund through PayPal in the end, thankfully! So glad I paid that way. Have read more reviews like this on other review sites. They really don’t care about providing any kind of service to customers. I advise you to AVOID these time wasters.”

“we loved the toy the only thing its came packaged in lots of wood sawdust which is not ideal to open around a saml baby 1 yr old. so i ahd to vaccum the whole house after opening it and cleaning the it tiself other than taht we liked our toy thank you”
