“I chose a local supplier and I’m glad as we had a problem fitting the hand dryer which arrived promptly the next day. Rick is very helpful and is presently helping me to sort it out as soon as possible. Ommen K Merseyside”

Hi Ommen Thanks for your review. I am looking forward to you seeing the dryer in action once we can source the part to replace the part that your electrician damaged in the fitting process. We pride ourselves on our customer service as well as our aftersales. Even, as in this case, if the issue isn't caused by us but by an electrician we will always try and assist.

“Good looking when fitted on the wall and works just as good as a more expensive dryer. When first lifted it i was surprised how light it was, but people don't touch it and like I said looks good and works fine.”

Thanks David The dryer you purchased is very light weight due to its very small size. People often are very surprised at just how powerful it is for such a small lightweight dryer.

Hi Andi Thanks for your review. Apologies about the contact issue you had. Like a lot of businesses, we are working from home at the moment for safety reasons due to Covid-19. Our office phones are diverted to our home phones. The divert is on between the hours of 9am and 5pm. I think we established that you were calling outside of office hours when the diverts to our home phones is not available. I am very happy that you are pleased with the MX2000 dryers you purchased and thanks again for your review.

“Needed to replace a broken hand dryer in ladies toilets at locla golf club. The Blow Motion unit selected was very attractive for 3 main reasons: low energy; high air volume; and attractive price. There is a concept that you only get what you pay for. We got a BEAUT! Looks good; does a great job; and will be very economical to run. Win win win!”

“After a fair amount of research we decided on Blow Motion MX2000W hand dryers x3. The customer service and delivery were efficient and we are happy with the hand dryers. We have been using them on warm rather than cold as this is the preference and I would just say that although they dry well, it probably takes about 12 seconds instead of the stated 10. Overall a pain free experience and happy customer. Thank you”
