“Although you delivered the goods promptly once I called you, it took too long between my sending the cheque and delivery. Sorry”

Hello Dalston Bowling Club, We have to wait for the cheque to arrive with us once you've posted it which can take a few of days or more if you need to factor in the Weekend. When we receive your cheque we need to make a special journey to the bank. We done this the day after we received it. We then have to wait for it to clear before we can send the goods which can also take a few days or more if it goes over a Weekend. Once the cheque was clear you received the goods promptly, the very next day. We can't do anything about time scales when you factor in postage times and bank clearance times. This is completely out of our control and we are deeply disappointed that your felt the need to leave a negative review.

“Good hand dryers but after having spent £3.5K with them (followed by an additional £500 for more units) they were unwilling to take back 3 unused units which were no longer required for our purposes 6 weeks after purchase. They simply pointed to their T&Cs, and had no flexibility - appalling customer service”

Good Morning Sir, I'm sorry that you feel the need to suggest that our customer service is appalling because you are not happy that we won't change our terms and conditions of sale for your company. Our terms and conditions are put in place to protect both parties regardless of the amount spent. We have to adhere to the terms and treat EVERYBODY EQUALLY. We are a professional business that treats all customers equally regardless of amount spent. Insinuating that rules should be different due to the amount a customer spends is something that we would deem unprofessional and unethical, hence 'no flexibility'. You had 30 days to return your unwanted hand dryers to us. We are now into Week 7, There has to be a cut off somewhere. We are not aware of any business that would accept unwanted goods 7 Weeks after they were purchased. With this in mind, I think your negative review is completely uncalled for considering you really like our product and it's just that we won't change our terms because of the amount you spend with us. We'd also like to think that potential customers reading your review will have their minds put at ease in the knowledge that our hand dryers are very good and that they will be treated fairly regardless of spend. Again, we are very happy that you like our hand dryers but we cant apologise for not bending rules according to the amount a customer spends.
