“Today is a happy day 😁 Our Atlantis Lounger was delivered and installed today by Grant and Chris who were very efficient and informative. What a couple of "Diamond Geezers" (no pun intended). Great all round service from Black Diamond from initial enquiry to installation. Just two and a half weeks from ordering to delivery. Looking forward to many happy hours relaxing. Thank you. “Fantastic service from the sales team to the delivery team today in Worksop, called us an hour before delivery, checked our access points and opted for the back entrance to the property, nothing to much trouble for Grant and Chris B a straight forward run through of information. Thanks lads”

“Having just bought my first spa from Black Diamond Spas I cannot recommend them highly enough. The pricing is good and product is excellent quality. Delivery and installation was efficient and great by Grant and Chris despite having a fair distance to get it into position. The information was conveyed well and they even managed to talk me through clearing a minor error code so that the tub was still up and running in time for my birthday !”

“After visiting several showrooms we went to Black Diamond Spas Chesterfield where we spoke to Jake who answerwd all our questions without trying to push a sale. We ordered a Palma which was delivered within 10 days as they had one in stock. Delivered and installed by Terry and Jordon who were very helpful on advising how to use chemicals. We would definately recommend using this company.”

“Black Diamond Spas have been excellent from the first time I enquired to the installation less than 2 weeks later. Grant and Chris the installers very helpful and gave us a full run through of how the tub worked and the recommended chemicals etc. So glad to get it in ready for the lovely weather and will definitely be recommending Black Diamond to friends. “So excited our tub arrived today! As advised by Chris & Jay we are currently waiting for the water to reach the right temperature ........... we can’t wait for our first dip! Whole experience so far has been spot on, from the guys in the office to the delivery team who have been brilliant , very helpful and informative, highly recommend this company”

“Absolutely love my new tub! Decided on Black Diamond Spa after a friend's recommendation. James and Jake were helpful before the sale and answered all of my 100 questions. Grant and Chris delivered and were extremely professional. My estimated delivery was 8-10 weeks and it came in 5, which was a bonus. Thanks for the fab customer service!”

“We are very happy with our new hot tub. The delivery boys were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained to us before they left. We had a small issue with one of the speakers on the tub and they came out immediately and replaced it. Would definitely recommend this company.”
