“Hot tub is absolutely fine and delivery drivers were great but service from the office was awful I'm afraid. Was originally told 6 weeks wait but ended up taking 4 months! Quite a bit more than the "slight" delay I was advised of. Also had to change models after 2 months as the one I ordered would apparently take even longer. Then ended up with an additional £150 bill from the crane driver as Black Diamond turned up over an hour and a half late on delivery day, not due to traffic, but because the delivery drivers weren't aware that they had to be with me for a certain time despite me reminding the office on several occasions, including the day before delivery! So in summary I had to wait 2 and a half months longer than advertised for a hot tub I didn't originally order with an extra £150 bill to top it off....”

“Great Hot tub. Excellent value. Aaron and Chris arrived dead on time, installed the hot tub quickly and efficiently with absolutely no problems, even with a crane lift over the house. I cannot recommend the Black Diamond Spas Guys enough. Thank You again Jake for a true Diamond experience!”

“I purchased recently the Nevada Hot Tub. From the moment I called to see what they had in stock already, which ones suited my needs, I have had the best customer experience from Jake in the shop, Jay and Clint installing the tub for me. I would highly recommend this company when purchasing a hot tub as they never pressured me and were always happy to answer questions, and I had loads .. 😆 He was patient and answered every question honestly.”

“Jay and Jordan went out of there way to install my hot tub. Due to lack of access they had no problem using the farmers field behind my property to get the hot tub installed. The hot tub it self the milan 1 lounger is an excellent hot tub”

“Delighted with the service. Communication day prior to delivery and on the day by Jay and Ruby was first class. We are awaiting our electric supply to be installed so not use the tub yet but exactly as described and feel confident at set up due to the thorough explanation from the delivery team. Order to delivery was just 6 weeks. First class and can't wait to use the tub! Would recommend Black Diamond Spas.”

“We ordered our Hot Tub with Black Diamond Spas in April 2021. We knew there would be a delay in shipping. Grant and Alex delivered the Hot Tub yesterday and were both very professional. They took the time to explain the settings on the Hot Tub and what we needed to do with maintenance and chemicals. Very good service from them and would highly recommend them”

“Had to wait many months for my Valencia 1 hot tub even though it was not the original one I had ordered but well worth it. Great service by Grant & Chris installing my hot tub. They did a great job of the delivery and installation and fully explained using and maintaining the the hot tub”

“Black Diamond Spas have been excellent from the first time I enquired to the installation less than 2 weeks later. Grant and Chris the installers very helpful and gave us a full run through of how the tub worked and the recommended chemicals etc. So glad to get it in ready for the lovely weather and will definitely be recommending Black Diamond to friends.
