“Very disappointed overall. My order was delivered over a week late, this after two chasing phone calls. Once delivered the prints had obvious banding on the solids. Very disappointing as I’m trying to find a good source of prints for my online business which generates 200 or so prints per year. 1 star.”

“I recently purchased an outdoor banner from Big Art and was extremely impressed. You aren't confined to specific sizes, each banner is made to order to your own specifications. Uploading the design was far easier and less complicated than most other firms I looked at, and extras such as fixing holes etc were included at no extra cost. The print quality is excellent, colours reproduced faithfully and photos were sharp. Great value for money, have already recommended to a colleague looking for a banner.”

“Quite disappointed with the whole process this time. In the past BA&B has been very accommodating in cropping images to fit bespoke sizes, but this time required that everything was cropped in advance — quite a straight forward task for BA&B, but not for someone with no editing software. Also the final prints are not the same quality as we’ve received in the past. The colours are far too vibrant with red tones to them. As well, in all of the emails back and forth, there was a mix up with sizes and we’ve received three prints in the wrong size. I’m afraid we’ve been left disappointed by the whole experience.”

“Hi We bought banners from BAandB. The advice and help was quick and helpful. Our customisation requests were accommodated with lots of flexibility. Laura was v helpful and had a sense of humour which helped enormously, especially as she was dealing with a banner novice! The delivery was delayed by a day but BAandB agreed to share the additional delivery cost so that we got them in time to distribute to our teams. That really helped us out. We would definitely use them again.”
