“Overall the product quality was great I can not fault this at all. The design part of it was a tad disappointing as I had informed you at the start that my design was not to the correct size & I was told to pay the additional charge for it to be re-sized, but then you were unable to do that & I ended up changing dimensions & formats which delayed things quite significantly. Eventually it was done but the initial bit was a bit of a headache.”

Hi Cara Thank you for your feedback. I can see see you opted for our design service to remake the design at your desired size however as you could not send us over the design assets (logo, QR code ect) we had to help instruct you on how to resize it on the platform you made your original design on. Usually with a design service we make up the design file as we are provided the logos and images that make the design but as we were not given these we instructed as best as we could. I am sorry if this was not as straightforward as you hoped. Many thanks Laura Customer Service Manager

“After a few drafts we agreed design and it came very quickly. Our fault but a word is spelt incorrectly. We hadn't noticed it when we sent the image. I will have to try and correct it as best as i can.”

“Ordered a set of A1 prints for a PowerPoint free presentation I was giving. Prints arrived quickly in time for presentation and quality of the paper and print finish was great.”

“I'm delighted with the A3 table top banners I recently ordered - the order process on the website was very straightforward, with no faffing about with bleed lines on the designs I'd prepared. The price was reasonable too, and the banners arrived very quickly by courier. They are excellent quality, the printing is crystal clear and the colours bright. Assembly is so easy - the only thing that would make it better would be to have a small carry case so there would be no chance that the rods would get lost. And when I asked customer service a question, I received a prompt and helpful response. I am very happy to recommend this business.”
