“Live chat support allowed my issue to be resolved quickly and direct. I must add the issue was caused my a mistake on my behalf, not a failure of Betfair too.”

“Betfair is one of the best betting sites about the only reason it doesn't get a 5 is that there should be a option to come on live chat and get the option of the reverse withdrawal removed. It lingers for 24 hours giving some customers to much temptation. It shouldn't be removed all together but I believe it be better to have a opt out option of having that button and by doing so all withdrawals made cannot be reversed”
