“After the initial phone call and gathering information I heard nothing until the bank rang and asked me questions on my various accounts from then on I have heard nothing at all from yourselves.”

“I would advise others to read the small print very carefully. It is very easy to get involved thinking you'll be awarded a few thousands, however this was not the case for me. Although the bank capitulated and agreed they did owe me compensation, it did not amount to very much. The agents working on my case did not notify me of the amount or offer to challenge the amount the bank had offered. I was informed after the money had been credited to my account. I would have expected the agents to challenge the initial offer on my behalf, particularly since the bank had admitted they were in the wrong. Also, check the amount Been Missold takes as its fee or you may be in for a shock! Having said all this, the people I spoke to were perfectly pleasant and did their job as best they could under their company's policies.”
