“While I understand you need to make a profit I think thirty five percent Plus vat is excessive. Wouldn't use your services ever again.”

“I have been hounded for payment by Rachel. Ringing me whilst I am at work. Embarrassing me when I sent a cheque. Saying I should cancel this with my bank!! And my account is in arrears. I am very upset, Rachel said it was 'the system'! I was going to point friends and family in your direction for help as the service up to that point was good. Rachel and 'the system' have ruined my experience'”

“Obviously i agreed to the terms and conditions of your representation but having received £2600 and had to pay over £800 fees, I'm very disappointed with the amount I have left. Wouldn't use you again and wouldn't recommend you to my friends”
