“Super speedy delivery of the product (it actually arrived almost a week before we were told it would). The product is great and the kids love it. Really easy to set up and use and the fan isn't too noisy either. My only criticism of the product is that the sides of the pool could be a bit higher as the water floods out of the pool every time they use the slide. The kids are only 4 as well, so it's not because they are too big. This obviously doesn't bother them at all and I'm sure this is going to give hours of fun for a very long time. Definitely worth spending that extra bit of money on.”

“Very fast delivery even though it was on pre-order. The easiest castle ever to set up and you can put it away in less than 5 minutes. The carry bag is a life saver. The joy on a 2 year olds face is priceless. The cost however is easily covered by two or three hires if you hired one from a hire company. Great investment x”

“Perfect service from start to finish. I actually wanted to change my order after I'd paid and they quickly responded and got everything sorted. They were transparent about the lead time on delivery and it actually ended up arriving a week earlier than originally promised. It's nice when a company under promises and over delivers. The product itself has only been out of the box once so far due to shoddy weather but it's exactly as described and my 5 year old is delighted. You can have it out of the box and operational in 5 minutes, but make sure you consider the logistics of getting electricity to the blower in the rear and water to the connection on the side. I purchased a large tarp separately to protect the grass which I think is advisable for prolonged usage. Once we got the water going the pool area does get very slippy when there's just a thin layer of water and my daughter did have a spill so I'd advise filling it up a bit more and/or advising the kids not to run once they get to the bottom of the slide and head back to the bouncy castle. One thing that wasn't clear on the website at the time I purchased was that there's an opening from the pool to the bouncy castle area which is very handy as it means the whole thing is self contained and kids don't need to get off at all to re-enter. With something like this you want longevity given the significant outlay so hopefully it will carry on doing its job for years to come to truly justify its value, but from the point of purcjase to first use I can't fault Bebop in the slightest.”
