“These guys are amazing and I love their products! I have placed a few orders over the last couple of years and they have all arrived promptly to my home in Australia and well-packaged. Understandably, I was disappointed to find that my latest order (which was quite large) had gone AWOL and after nearly 2 months, I arrived home to find the package completely waterlogged with all packaging damaged and the products unusable. I immediately contacted Australia Post and was advised to take it into them to assess the damage. They were very unhelpful and I was asked to leave the product and packaging whilst the matter was being investigated and that I should hear something within a week. It has been over a month and I have heard nothing. In complete contrast, I contacted beauty and the boutique customer service and after providing a photo of the damaged package/products was advised that a full replacement would be posted immediately to me. I received this promptly and could not have been happier with the amazing customer service and wonderful products. Their efforts have completely restored my confidence in ordering through this company in the future and I would not hesitate to order through them again!”

“I am such a huge fan of both Beauty & the Boutique products as well as their wonderful Customer Service!!! The products always arrive on time (even where I live!) and they’re just as described on the website (plus beautifully wrapped and a bonus sweetie)! The customer service is hands down the best I’ve experienced, super prompt and friendly replies – thank you! 😊 I’ve been shopping with these guys for a few years now and absolutely love everything I’ve ever bought plus Katie’s helpful tutorials make it all so easy to follow, even for a novice like me (I’ve def learnt a thing or two!) I’ve had so many compliments since switching to the products Katie recommends, and I know whatever I buy, I’ll be in good hands because they’ve done all the hard work for you! I 100% trust in Katie’s taste – it’s worked a treat so far for both my skin and my look - I feel more beautiful and years younger!! So personally, I don’t shop anywhere else online for my makeup. If it’s recommended by Katie, I’m in! I’ve tried most of the brands on the site and genuinely love them all (and that they are guaranteed never tested on animals is a relief!) I’m so happy to find a company that truly seems to care about their community and products and have learnt so much from Katie’s videos. “The products are fantastic, and the people are absolutely lovely - I have struggled for a long time with my makeup, every item has a tutorial video showing exactly how to use it, if you are unsure of what color you should buy you send then a photo taken in natural light, and the team will assist. I used this option, everything that was recommended to me was perfect. I recieved a faulty product, which was resolved speedily and with no fuss. It is a joy to deal with such lovely people, many of the products would be difficult for me to obtain in England as they are either American or Canadian. I found my holy grail of skincare as well, my work colleague told me that a photo of me taken 10 years ago looked like it was taken yesterday! I no longer purchase from anywhere else now ^^”

“I’m not into wearing huge amounts of make-up and prefer a natural look. Plus, I don’t have heaps of money to spend on products. Katie at Beauty & the Boutique offers excellent, road-tested products that WORK and I’m really grateful to have found somewhere genuine to get product recommendations. Seeing Katie herself (with skin problems of her own) demonstrating how to apply products like Veil and getting fabulous results is extremely important. Knowing that the products are not tested on animals, that B&B donates to animal charities and that vegetarian products are available is vital. The products arrive in great time, beautifully packaged & looking as delicious as the results they give! I only buy make-up from Beauty & the Boutique now 💕”

“Wow - I really don't know where to start with this gorgeous little company. I spotted them on Facebook where they did a brilliant, easy to follow no make up 'make up' tutorial. I bought the products that they demonstrated and was thrilled to receive their products which weren't just excellent, they were beautifully packaged and felt really decadent. “Watching Katie's beauty and lifestyle tips always brings a smile to my face! She has such an incredible knowledge of what it takes to make you look & feel your best, and shares her tips and tricks in a way that's easy to follow and implement at home. I was hesitant the first time I purchased her recommended products, as I had to rely on only her word and demo, but to say I was pleased is an understatement. The Veil concealer and foundation are the best I've ever used. They're light and feel great, but provide just the right amount of coverage. My skin has never looked better, and I've gotten a million compliments. As someone who has never been good at makeup application, I now feel like a pro thanks to Katie's videos. I've purchased everything from foundation and concealer to liquid blush (LOVE), to eyeliner, and I'm obsessed with every product. I hide them from my 3 daughters, and will not use anything else!! Thank you to Katie & the Beauty & the Boutique team for making me feel pretty!!”

“Absolutely LOVE Beauty and the Boutique, literally scrolling through Facebook and saw this little gem of a page. Followed and watched a few of Katie’s wonderful and simple make up tutorials and i was sold (I’m not one for too much make up but loved her fresh faced look and how Easy she made it look) so I went and ordered the items from the tutorial which were the brilliant concealer pen, the blossom illuminator cream and the glow water colour blush and the NIOD hydration vaccine followed the tutorial step by step and was truly amazed how these products worked!! I’d usually buy something super cheap and expect an incredible result and then be disappointed and throw it out and buy something else..... wasting money! However these items are now my every day go too and wouldn’t be without them! I’ve re bought every single one and added to the water colour blush pots they are just super versatile and last for ages! The glow I’ll Sometimes mix with the blossom for that quick get out the house fresh faced look and then again when I’m out out for that bronze glow I can’t speak highly enough of these water colours they don’t sit powdery and thick on your skin like normal blusher they just let your cheeks glow honestly do try them because it will be your little make up staple and they are great for weekends away no need for tones Of stuff rammed in a bag literally the glow, the passion (sometimes the cherub) and the other items I mentioned and your good to go! I just wanted to leave a little review for anyone sceptical about buying these. I 100% recommend and will keep buying from this wonderful page. The products are fantastic and the tips and videos are super handy if you like me need some help.”

“I love the products as they have been carefully chosen for everyday people like me who have busy lives and not much time to apply their face in the morning !! The free on-line tutorials are easy to follow , fun to watch and quite frankly a god send !! Also for me the fact that there is no hard sell as Katie always tells you what you can use that you probably already have at home by comparison !! The products however are a reasonable price ,I particularly like the water based blushers and the primer , I can put my makeup on in about 10 mins in the morning as I take my grandsons to school , I feel natural and confident , I am very aware. of my age and never want to look like mutton dressed as lamb , but next to the young , youthful glam school mums I feel l look an ok grandma and can hold my head up ( thanks to Katie and her tutorials ). I cannot recommend this make up enough it’s really boosted the way I feel about me , to be honest it’s the blusher that really does it for me , these products last ages as you really don’t need much at all , I bought mine during early lock down , I use everyday and I still have lots left !! I feel it’s important to feel good about yourself for you even as a grandma !! Thank you Katie and the team you are amazing xxx”

“I have watched a few of the tutorial videos and purchased several products over the last 6-9 months. I must admit I was sceptical at first as the products seemed to work miracles in the videos but they actually do work miracles. My absolute favourite is the veil complexion fix, OMG, I have to keep one in stock as I'm scared or running out. My other favourites are the Daniel Sandler watercolour cheek tints, they give me a peachy glow and a hint of rosy pink that looks so natural!! Items always arrive really quickly too and with plenty of free delivery offers on what more can you ask for. I'm looking forward to the next new tutorial to pick up tips and more fabulous products.”

“I absolutely love Beauty and the Boutique! I love that everything on there is cruelty-free so I don’t have to sit and research out each company because they have done it for me. I love Katie’s videos and tips. They are so awesome and helpful and have really taken my makeup to the next level.
