The products are fantastic, and the people are absolutely lovely - I have struggled for a long time with my makeup, every item has a tutorial video showing exactly how to use it, if you are unsure of what color you should buy you send then a photo taken in natural light, and the team will assist. I used this option, everything that was recommended to me was perfect. I recieved a faulty product, which was resolved speedily and with no fuss. It is a joy to deal with such lovely people, many of the products would be difficult for me to obtain in England as they are either American or Canadian. I found my holy grail of skincare as well, my work colleague told me that a photo of me taken 10 years ago looked like it was taken yesterday! I no longer purchase from anywhere else now ^^
