“I am not a great fan of ‘pop ups’ on Facebook, as usually they turn out to be poor quality. But I was quite intrigued with this pop up and so studied the website and the videos. I placed my first, quite large, order and can honestly say the products are brilliant and so well priced. So much so I am just about to purchase some more of their products. Delivery was quick, beautifully packed and am really enjoying using the products. Certainly worth spreading the word! Really pleased! 😁😁”

“The products are fantastic, and the people are absolutely lovely - I have struggled for a long time with my makeup, every item has a tutorial video showing exactly how to use it, if you are unsure of what color you should buy you send then a photo taken in natural light, and the team will assist. I used this option, everything that was recommended to me was perfect. I recieved a faulty product, which was resolved speedily and with no fuss. It is a joy to deal with such lovely people, many of the products would be difficult for me to obtain in England as they are either American or Canadian. I found my holy grail of skincare as well, my work colleague told me that a photo of me taken 10 years ago looked like it was taken yesterday! I no longer purchase from anywhere else now ^^”

“Absolute pleasure dealing with this company. From the down to earth videos from Katie, to the amazing Customer Service. Over the last 3 or 4 years I've purchased a number of items, factor 50 face cream, 2 Daniel Sandler water colours, a Daniel Sandler Contour compact, and I also tried the veil concealer. I was 100% happy with every product apart from the concealer. I found it started to smell a little after a few weeks use and so after trying it, I threw it away. I didn't even think to complain. But 4 years on I made a comment to this effect and low and behold they sent me a free of charge replacement to try again with some tips on how to keep it fresh. 4 years on! Have you ever heard of such a thing? I've actually also just purchased a kohl eye pencil but had ordered the wrong colour, so I emailed and they replied and changed my order within 1 hour. I've never had dealings with a company so professional AND lovely at the same time - and I have purchased alot of things online. The products are actually all really lovely. I can't recommend this enough. Also, I shoukd add that I have messaged them for advice on products over the years and they send personal responses with advice and why the product is good. Honest, friendly, reliable and hands down a pleasure to buy from.”

“Lovely customer service, really friendly and personable. Sadly the products do not live up to expectations; the natural blush is garish, the veil concealer is ineffective at covering dark circles. I’ve come back to the site and given it another go because of all the positive reviews and the featured videos. However, the products really aren’t worthwhile in my experience.”

“Absolutely great service. All the products are tried and tested and none are tested on animals. I’ve bought several products and they’ve all arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. “Started with the veil , heliocare, and Daniel sander blush after watching Katie video. Absolutely love all 3 products, they are fool proof so easy and quick , they have become my favourite products for my no makeup days. My latest products are Lord and berry bronzer and Gerard cosmetics vintage rose lipstick and pencil, veil foundation and slay setting spray, these were brought for my daughters wedding, and they did not disappoint, went on effortlessly and stayed all day, yet I didn’t look over made up. Love everything I have brought, I had the jojoba oil in the run up to the wedding , the smell is divine and makes my skin feel lovely. Must just mention about the slay spray , again the smell is heaven, and it is so refreshing”

“Katie & her team are so amazing at advice and any issues you may have , and demonstrate how to use each product they have , the product are fantastic and I know I can trust Katie's choice on cosmetics as she hunts round for the best on the market that works, I've tried & use the range of cosmetics on the website and love them , I had one incident were I had a foundation a shade to light and I got intouch to change it and I said I used it , they were fantastic said not a problem and changed it for me and I didn't need to return the old on I got my new one a few days later 😀, so so helpful and always fast delivery beautifully wrapped with details inside on a card and always a packet of sweets hearts inside a lovely little touch,it's a treat just to open the package a fantastic gift also , I love looking on there website to see what amazing products Katie has found that can help me with my beauty issues I have with my skin of just to inhance it always something special there , so love Beauty and Boutique, you won't regret looking fantastic 😀 ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“The customer service is excellent! They respond quickly and provide very helpful information. I love the products and have been using Veil for under my eyes and also Blinc mascara - which has to be my all time favourite. It’s very light and washes off so easily. I have a prosthetic eye and it’s really difficult using some eye makeup but I find both of these products are good to use and have caused me no issues.”

“Hello! First of all, thank you so much for providing me with a link to provide a review. I'm really excited to share my experience with some of your products. I first came upon the company through Facebook ads. I think what really drew me in were all of the tutorials that were provided for each of the products. I generally prefer to order makeup in person, so I have the opportunity to test and make sure the colors are just right. I took a leap of faith and ordered a few items after seeing the videos several times. I must say, I have been completely satisfied with the quality of each and every product! I would like to say a few words about each of the products I purchased because I love all of them! I purchased the Sunset Skin Foundation by Veil in light 2N and the Veil Complexion Fix in medium 3N. Both offer light coverage (exactly what I was hoping for!) with the ability to build if needed. I also felt like I splurged a bit on the Blossom Colour Beauty Glow primer! Oh my! Just adding that little bit of shimmer around my eyes and the tops of my cheeks makes such a huge difference! My absolute favorite purchases though are the Daniel Sandler watercolors! I have both Glow and Flush! Flush is something I use very sparingly since it is a bright pink, but GLOW is FANTASTIC!! I absolutely love the neutral feel to it, and I love adding a bit to my eyelids for some natural color as well. Easily something I use every day. And, of course, with each purchase I received tips and tricks for application as well as access to the wonderful tutorials. I know I've gone on and on about it, but I have been over the moon for all of my purchases, and I appreciate the opportunity to say Thank you! and to spread the good word to others.”

“These guys are amazing and I love their products! I have placed a few orders over the last couple of years and they have all arrived promptly to my home in Australia and well-packaged. Understandably, I was disappointed to find that my latest order (which was quite large) had gone AWOL and after nearly 2 months, I arrived home to find the package completely waterlogged with all packaging damaged and the products unusable. I immediately contacted Australia Post and was advised to take it into them to assess the damage. They were very unhelpful and I was asked to leave the product and packaging whilst the matter was being investigated and that I should hear something within a week. It has been over a month and I have heard nothing. In complete contrast, I contacted beauty and the boutique customer service and after providing a photo of the damaged package/products was advised that a full replacement would be posted immediately to me. I received this promptly and could not have been happier with the amazing customer service and wonderful products. Their efforts have completely restored my confidence in ordering through this company in the future and I would not hesitate to order through them again!”

“I’m not into wearing huge amounts of make-up and prefer a natural look. Plus, I don’t have heaps of money to spend on products. Katie at Beauty & the Boutique offers excellent, road-tested products that WORK and I’m really grateful to have found somewhere genuine to get product recommendations. Seeing Katie herself (with skin problems of her own) demonstrating how to apply products like Veil and getting fabulous results is extremely important. Knowing that the products are not tested on animals, that B&B donates to animal charities and that vegetarian products are available is vital. I bought the products that they demonstrated and was thrilled to receive their products which weren't just excellent, they were beautifully packaged and felt really decadent. “The ordering was easy and arrived promptly however beyond that I am pretty disappointed and can’t help but feel slightly ripped off. The veil complexion fix is so thin, it Barely offers any coverage and nothing like the video suggests. Even with multiple layers, I’ve had concealers for far less money do a much better job. The watercolour glow and blush that I also ordered seem pretty steep in price considering how thin and watery they are too. Unlike what is suggested in the video, neither leave your skin with a sheen or shimmer and in fact have a very Matt finish. Really disappointed as I enjoy watching the tutorials and think the more natural look is not pushed enough. However sadly the quality does not match the price or do what it says on the tin.”

Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blush: Please let us reassure you the consistency in the Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blush’s are water-like due to the unique formulation. Particular shades of Watercolour Blush (such as Glow) can be slightly more watery than the other Watercolour Blush shades (due to purposely having less colour pigment to allow that particular shade to look subtle and natural). Shade ‘GLOW’ has been designed by Daniel Sandler to be much more of a delicate wash of colour, perfect for people who wish for just a subtle skin enhancement rather than a look of ‘blush’. Each little drop of the Glow contains thousands of tiny shimmering flecks that bounce light and add the look of youth and luminosity to your skin. For a more dramatic affect we recommend building this up in thin layers. The key to using these products is to vigorously shake the bottle, mixing the pigment up and creating a slightly thicker consistency. Next, gently tap the nozzle of the bottle on the back of your hand. You may not need to squeeze the bottle, as most often a small droplet should come out from the gentle tapping motion. You only need a very tiny drop of this on the back of your hand. Again, you can build up a more pigmented/dramatic look using this method until you reach your desired affect, adding little drops to the back of your hand at a time. Veil Illuminating Complexion Fix: The Veil Illuminating Complexion Fix offers a light yet flattering coverage and is designed not to be full coverage but to allow your skin to peep through so it looks just like your own skin but a little more rested.   For more coverage, you may wish to apply Veil Illuminating Complexion Fix first and then applying your favourite foundation. Lastly, try applying a couple of layers of Veil Illuminating Complexion Fix over the top of your foundation for ultimate coverage. You may wish to apply a moisturiser to your skin, as this product works best over moisturised skin. “Just received my Veil complexion fix and it’s amazing! Fab healthy glow and no foundation. Perfect for me as I don’t often wear make up.
