“Very happy - the order was sent with a faster delivery service than I was expecting and so arrived super quick, the item is absolutely perfect and great quality. I had never shopped from Beaumonde before but chose to because they offered the most competitive price on the item compared to anywhere else. Great service all round and I would definitely return for other things in the future!”

“Great choice of quality products - was looking for a lovely feather lampshade for my daughters bedroom and found the one I wanted on Beaumondes. Just one mention, the lamp shade is EUropean, You will need to buy a special light fixture adapter from eg.Amazon (approx £1.99) to get this lampshade to fit UK light fixtures. But that was easy and now it’s up it looks beautiful and my daughter is very pleased with it. I would most definitely order from Beaumonde again.”

“We had already purchased two of these throws from another supplier whilst on holiday. We knew we liked the quality of the product. Three things made Beaumonde stand out. First was the website, clear, concise and very easy to use. Secondly, perhaps as you would expect, the products were exactly as we ordered and are very happy with. Lastly, and most importantly is the customer service and experience. Yes, we got the automated email confirming our order, the more personal email the next day thanking us was a nice touch and in these days of the 'impersonal' it actually meant a lot to us. Delivery was on time and it is nice to feel that order was appreciated by the company. We could not recommend Beaumonde any better than saying thankyou, it really has been a pleasure and we look forward to shopping with you again.”

The delivery was prompt and everything extremely well packaged (so well I had quite the fight to get it out the box but certainly ensured nothing would be damaged). The lamp does need an adapter but other than that I was very pleased and would certainly buy again from Beaumonde.”
