“Absolutely shocking customer service. I returned an item and have now been asking for my money back for 4 weeks. It takes them a week to respond to my messages and then no refund is given. I have had to resort to leaving a negative review. Order number is SI-19723. You emailed me on 6th April asking 'We understand you have changed your mind and that you are now requesting a refund?'....I have confirmed about seven times by email and three times over the phone that yes I want a refund and not credit to the store with absolutely no reply. Please respond to my emails and tell me why you are not refunding my money when I have clearly requested this six weeks after I have returned your item.”

The dark wood offset with nickel hooks is stunning. Very easy to install with all fixtures and fittings included along with some how to instructions. Would recommend highly 👌”
