“Ordered battery on a Thursday told it would be in the post that day or the next. Nothing arrived by Tuesday following week, phoned to enquire had all my details but battery still not sent out (said that they where having trouble with card payments over the Internet, but I had phoned my order in) Tracked my parcel the next day still not left warehouse. Phoned again eventually money taken from my account and parcel sent. Really thought I was been trick out of my money. On the positive side the product was good when I eventually got it”

Battery order was constructed an paid for on Monday night the 12th (12/08/2019 18:45:46) and delivered on Thursday the 15th, quoted delivery was 2 to 5 working days, it was delivered in 2, Hardly a fair review especially as client says product was good.

Battery order was constructed and paid for on Monday 12th paid by credit card and delivered on Thursday 15th, as we quoted 2 to 5 days for delivery its well within our terms, we do not feel it deserves a Negative version of events.

“The 24 volt section of my jump starter does not function properly due, I think that the batteries supplied were suitable only for a mobility scooter notwithstanding the fact that I paid for the heavy duty type , for the model 125 that I have owned for some time.”

“I have yet to receive the battery which I ordered on 22/08/18 and was shipped via Royal Mail recorded delivery on the same day. On 30/08/18 I found that the order had been signed for by someone else - no one whose name I recognised. No Royal Mail card and no parcel was left for me. Initially BatteryTrader told me that I needed to contact Royal Mail myself. There is no mechanism to do this and, as I pointed out to Battery Trader it is their responsibility to contact Royal Mail. The tell me they have done so. I await my battery or a replacement.”

“The battery is for a cordless strimmer. It fits quite snugly into the strimmer but the small plastic latches either side of the battery fail to engage and lock it into position. To be able to use the strimmer it is necessary to hold the battery in place by hand. This is not too bad until you forget and the battery falls out.”
