“I'm so upset after buying two new electric wheelchair batteries from @batterytrader.com, only for them to die in less than 16 months! We paid over £300, and we've been charging wheelchair batteries for over 20 years, so we know what we're doing. My last batteries, the exact same make and size, lasted over 8 years and never let me down. These new ones won't even go half a mile. This is a heads-up: don't trust this seller. The second you have a problem, they don't want to know and refuse to help, just blaming it on us. Now I'm stuck at home, can't leave by myself, and have no independence. We can't afford more batteries, so yeah, consider this a warning – they're not a good business, so stay away!”

“I had no idea which battery to buy, however Battery Trader were extremely helpful. I sent them an email with a photo of the old battery and a whole lot of questions and information. Having asked me some further details, they chose the correct battery for my needs, it was well packed and arrived when they said it would. It also had clear instructions as to how I should look after the battery once it was installed. The cost was a third of the cost of the original battery. All in all, good service at a very competitive price. We communicated by chat, phone and email.”
