“I was alarmed by the fact that the battery package had been thrown over our side gate, landing on a hard paving, damaging one corner of the package. This was despite having a sticker on the package declaring FRAGILE. Both my wife and I were at home at the time. I call that extremely poor service by the carrier. Fortuately, the battery seems to the alright. I rang your office and reported this, at the time.”

I now understand why my erstwhile battery 'died a death' and defied all efforts to revive it. “Bought a 2nd hand golf buggy which wasnt working properly so we looked for 2 replacement batteries which we found with this company. They arrived promptly and were packaged efficiently. Unfortunately, they didnt do the trick but once the buggy is repaired, im anticipating that the batteries will be workiing wrll.”
