“I was alarmed by the fact that the battery package had been thrown over our side gate, landing on a hard paving, damaging one corner of the package. This was despite having a sticker on the package declaring FRAGILE. Both my wife and I were at home at the time. I call that extremely poor service by the carrier. Fortuately, the battery seems to the alright. I rang your office and reported this, at the time.”

“I bought a 12v battery for my mower. The delivery was faultlessly on schedule; however, of greater importance to me at the time, was the accompanying advice and top tips. I now understand why my erstwhile battery 'died a death' and defied all efforts to revive it. I am indebted for the guidance on the future care of my new battery ... which, by the way, works like a dream. Well done.”

“Bought a 2nd hand golf buggy which wasnt working properly so we looked for 2 replacement batteries which we found with this company. They arrived promptly and were packaged efficiently. “Great service from Battery trader. Bought a replacement battery for my fishman loudbox mini charge. For anyone else replacing this battery, be careful not to disconnect anything while taking the amp apart! I did by accident and thought the battery didn’t work, then realised I had (a wire that you can see when you take the top of the amp off, it should be connected to where it says BATT on the circuit board, this became disconnected when I took the top section of the amp off). The battery is working really well, I’m chuffed. I received a very helpful email from battery trader after my purchase going through the dos and don’ts for getting the maximum life from the battery, much appreciated and very good customer service. Delivery was quick too and the price was great. Thanks”
