“Ordered batteries on behalf of my elderly Mother for her mobility scooter but cancelled promptly the next day as I had ordered the wrong type (no items were shipped). We were promised a full refund on 8th October 2019 but still have not received the money (despite promises). Now forced to take legal action to recover the payment. The company seems to regularly prey on the old and vulnerable based on my experience and feedback from others.”

“We had a battery operated grass strimmer given to us but the battery was not holding its charge. I went online to check for somewhere to buy a replacement. I came across your website and immediately ordered a replacement. It arrived in just a few days, and on fitting it to the strimmer, found that it worked very well. We ha he used it to trim the grass on the family graves, which until now has had to be done on our knees. Excellent product, Excellent Service.”
