“I'm impressed. Having made my first order recently, I was delighted by the speed at which it was despatched. I bought a well known brand (Panasonic) and the price was way less than I could buy locally even including the pack and despatch cost. Excellent all round, and I know where to come for my batteries in future. Great service - very grateful.”

Hi James, That is absolutely correct. We are an online company and we simply do not have the resources to be able to deal with enquiries on the phone. We do offer excellent customer service via email and when you did email, at 12.10pm on 24th July, you got a reply and a resolution at 12.20pm - just 10 mins later. In 2025, the vast majority of our customers would find that service to be excellent, and we have no plans to change it. Offering slow, time-consuming phone based customer service would require us to increase our prices accordingly, and we're simply not prepared to do so. Furthermore, almost all our customers prefer the convenience of email. In the case of your enquiry, you ignored the instructions in the promotional email to add a discount code, and complained when the discount was not added automatically. We manually refunded the 5% discount and also upgraded your shipping to Next Day as an act of good will. All within 10 mins. Kind Regards, The BatteryStation.co.uk Customer Service Team.
