“I ordered 2 little packs of batteries, 10 AA & 10 AAA. I paid a bit extra for them to come first class, expecting 2-3 days. I was disappointed that they took 6 working days to arrive. Battery Station's prices are really competitive but they need a better carrier than Royal Mail.”

Dear Mark, Thank you for getting in touch. You placed your order on the 7th of January after the close of business, your order was processed the following day Wednesday the 8th, the 3rd working day was Monday the 13th, your order was delivered a day late on the 14th of January.
