“No problem with ordering or quality / price of the batteries purchased. However delivery was not impressive as package left on front doorstep. Doorbell not used / no door knocking, so if I hadn't happened to look I had no idea the delivery had been completed.”

“An excellent service with polite and supportive staff. Unfortunately our parcel had been tampered with following packing and the items stolen. The company were able to provide full video coverage of the items being packaged and sealed. The person who stole the items had cut the parcel tape on the bottom of the parcel along the joint and then after removing the items applied a new tape. They gave us a full refund upon notification of the theft. I strongly advise that you carefully check all packing upon delivery. Sadly they will no longer deliver to my address even though we were not responsible for the theft.”
