Dear Customer, You ordered on the 9th Nov 2025, so it's 2 weeks, not one month. I have looked at the tracking for your order which was 2nd class post. Royal Mail attempted to deliver to you on 14th Nov, which was on the 4th working day after dispatch. The tracking shows that you refused the delivery and the item was being returned to sender. We have not yet received it. This is the first time we have heard from you about this, and as we have not received the returned to sender package, we would have no way of knowing that you did not receive it. Your claims about things being fake, and a scam are completely unsubstantiated and I'm suspicious about this review and the fact your order was refused and returned to sender, but we have not received it. We refute your claims completely. I have refunded your order in full. Yours sincerely, The BatteryStation.co.uk Customer Service Team.
