“Astonished to find I'd run out of little CR3032 batteries; must have used them over the summer on bike computers, stopwatches and other useful electronic things. Ordered a sheet of 12 more batteries. Delivered next working day and much cheaper than in high street stores and supermarkets. Excellent choice and quality, super-rapid delivery, good prices. Five star service!”

Hi William, You ordered on a Sunday afternoon, a non-working day. Our warehouse was closed and Royal Mail do not collect on Sundays. When you ordered you selected Royal Mail 2nd Class and paid £1.75. We state 2-4 business days for delivery. It was delivered on the Saturday morning and took 6 days to deliver. So it's 2 days late and shipping was £1.75. We have various shipping methods available for urgent orders as well. 2 Day, and Next Day service was available, obviously at a higher cost. I don't believe this service is bad at all for £1.75.
