“I have been a customer for some years and have always been satisfied with your good service. This order number 400461069 was placed on 13th December 2023. I found the package on my front doorstep today 28thDecember 2023, the package was soaking wet. It had been delivered by YODEL from the Swindon depot ref 79 SWIN 185 dated 14/12/2023. I rarely use my front so I can assume this package has been outside for some considerable time. I realise that this not your fault but is a problem caused by your, so I would hope that you make a complaint to YODEL because this is not the service that is expected. KInd Regards Frank Light”

“Vast array of batteries at good prices. Unfortunately, all orders attract p&p which adds quite a chunk to the overall cost. There are other suppliers who sell at almost exactly the same prices but p&p are free.”
