“Battery Station are very good supplying batteries at a great price and delivering them when they say they will however the Duracell plus batteries I received this time don’t seem to be lasting as long as the previous ones I have purchased but that said it is not down to the battery station”

“As ever, battery station fulfilled my order very quickly. Packaging is always suitable for the items ordered. When Yodel decided to take 2 weeks to deliver, I contacted battery station on a Saturday and got a reply on the Sunday. I guess December is a busy time for couriers though. This kind of company care is why I buy from them direct rather than from the likes of Amzn.”

“Wrong batteries were sent to me and I was then expected to go to the post box to return them by Royal Mail but there is no POst Office in my village. One assistant helpfully told me to nothing could be easier returning the batteries as all I had to do was put them in one of my jiffy bags, affix my stamps and put them in a post box!! Another assistant told me a pre-paid label would be sent, I presumed by email, but it was sent by post when the correct batteries were delivered. Will not be dealing with this outfit in a hurry!”
