“I of the 4 batteries I ordered did not work and you have failed to answer several e-mails from me asking you to rectify the situation. I can see no reason why I should buy further batteries elsewhere rather than get a replacement from you.”

Hi Dennis, We replied to your email and didn't hear from you again. The reason the batteries do not work in your cordlress phones is because they are 900mAh and the chargers built into the handset and base stations top out around 750mAh for AAA cells. In some you can get away with 800mAh but we've not come across any that will charge 900mAh cells. If you use a normal battery charger you will see they charge up just fine and can be used in other devices requiring AAA rechargeable batteries. “Service from Battery Station was excellent and would highly recommend, prices are competitive, the only let down is using a lazy useless courier service from Carlisle to deliver goods in parts of the Scottish border area. I’m sorry you got 4* your courier let you down, when I need more batteries I pay extra for you to use a reliable courier.”
