“Great value batteries whichever size or brand you choose. Have ordered for last 3 years to supply batteries for all our different sets of Christmas lights and could not be more satisfied. Easy order process, prompt efficient despatch and delivery. Would not consider buying batteries elsewhere.”

“i have had batteries from battery station before and would highly recommend i had a problem with my last order and i emailed them and they emailed straight back and resolved the problem within 6 hours ,i wouldnt go anywhere else for my batteries and they are cheap too but quality batterries ,well done and thank you”

“Batteery Stationm is fine and good value but are let down by their delivery service. I was not bothered about when the order would be delivered, but was given a promised delivery slot, but the delivery failed. I was then told that it had been delivered, so I assumed it had been mis-delivered or failed or styolen. It app[eared the next day, how I klnow not, but my best guess is that it had been mis-delivered and a kind neighbour had done the job properly. Motto - get a better delivery service!”

Hi Eric, We're sorry that the courier let you down on this occasion. We don't deliver these items ourselves and we have to select from a range of couriers that will carry our products (not all do), and to find the right price point for customers. At this time of year these courier networks are under a lot of strain, and in all honesty, budget courier networks are all comparable in terms of the level of performance they are providing. Some are better in some local areas, and others better in different areas. We do offer Parcelforce 24 which is clearly a better level of service, but more expensive and more than a lot of home consumers are willing to pay.
