“Superb choice excellent value prompt delivery”

“If things go wrong they go the extra step to put it right. The wrong was in using Yodel. I have found them to be bad previously this time they were utterly hopeless. Ours is a block of flats, but by no means difficult to deliver to. A phone call, or using the keypad provides direct contact. That must take too much time; much easier to say Could not deliver. The photo was somewhere completely different from the map and address they were supposed to be delivering to. As we were actually in the flat all the time, the BattetyStation help desk agreed after the 2nd attempt that they would recall the delivery and send a new consignment that arrived by 9am the following morning, courtesy of Royal Mail. The Duracell Procells work perfectly, of course. Thank you BatteryStation for being understanding. I am sure the real person knows exactly who she is.”

“I ordered a selection of battery types, a couple of which I could not find elsewhere. I was plesantly surprised at range of batteries available on this site. The complete order arrived within a few days well wrapped and in good condition. Prices were competitive and I would certainly use this service again.”
