“I ordered a SR936 and they sent a 394 which was to small as it did not fit into my Watch at all and the Watch wouldn’t work. The insisted that the 394 was the correct Battery which clearly not correct.”

Dear Customer, A search on Google will return pages of results, all of which state that the 394 battery is the same size battery as SR936. We have never had another complaint from a customer claiming that they are not the same. On other website, including large marketplaces they are also sold under that code. We have not made a mistake.
