Hi Lynne, Our website checkout page makes it very clear about the times and deadlines for shipping. The part where the shipping methods are states that an order needs to be placed by 4pm for same day delivery, and the shipping method names state 'business days' in them, to show that couriers will not be delivering at the weekend or on public holidays. You ordered on Thursday 14th August at 16.34 which was too late for same day dispatch, as Parcelforce had collected already. We dispatched your order on Friday 15th and it was collected by Parcelforce who delivered it to you on the next business day which was Monday 18th August. Your order was completely on-time, and completely in line with the shipping methods and times we displayed. We did offer Saturday delivery, which would have resulted in a delivery on Saturday, but would have cost considerably more. Kind Regards, The BatteryStation.co.uk Customer Service Team.
