“Ordered a laufen loo seat, was told i ordered the wrong one paid the additional money i was asked for The loo seat turned up, i struggled to fit it I was told its the wrond seat (their fault not mine) Paid the extra money they asked for Still got the wrong seat and it all seams to have gone down the Pan!!”

“Fantastic customer service. I recieved a call shortly after making an online purchase for a mirror, to advise me when I'd recieve the mirror, and also to check if there was anything else I'd like to match with the brushed brass finish. I would defintely recommend this company.”

“Unfortunately, the mirror supplied was faulty (not Bathtimes fault). However, the Bathtime team were extremely helpful and resolved a replacement within days. Very impressed, would highly recommend them!”

“I’m a Londoner and was having my bathroom redone. I ordered a Laufen Pro toilet with matching bidet but the wrong bidet from my local stockist was delivered. Graham had one in stock packed it all the way from Glasgow carefully and perfectly. I’m a lecturer from a business background and ‘I honestly believe Small is beautiful - that’s what Bathtime is”
