“Still waiting for order which was only one small item after ten days. No communication received to indicate when I will receive the goods. Tracking indicates that it has not yet been dispatched.I emailed to ask for the order status but no reply. Tried to call but it went through to EE voicemail which is not very professional. Not at all happy.”

“Ordered a laufen loo seat, was told i ordered the wrong one paid the additional money i was asked for The loo seat turned up, i struggled to fit it I was told its the wrond seat (their fault not mine) Paid the extra money they asked for Still got the wrong seat and it all seams to have gone down the Pan!!”
