“Couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Bathtime Scotland. Literally minutes after I placed my order online I had a phone call from the company double checking my order and ensuring I had chosen the correct toilet seats to fit my toilets. I sent photos of my toilets and they confirmed I had chosen the right seats. This was Thursday evening - on Friday my toilet seats were dispatched and I received them on the Saturday. I then received an email from my contact at Bathtime a couple of days later to check everything was ok. My husband did have a few problems fitting the seats and Bathtime have been extremely helpful in sorting this out for us. I literally cannot fault the service I have received from this company and would 100% use them again. If only all companies had similar customer service!”
