“Due to Govmt changes had a slight problem but this was sorted by the person I dealt with. Apart from that everything was easy with good communication. I have yet to fit the item but I am informed by a reliable source, not connected with the company it works very well.”

“Purchased a Monarch softener from Bathquest, rang before i brought the item to ask a few questions the guy i spoke with was really helpful. Softener arrived quick via ACP couriers and got a free box of salt which was a bonus. All in all very happy with Bathquest will use them again.”

“I purchased a HIB Eris 30 cabinet and they were by far the cheapest retailer. Upon ordering the cabinet was out of stock and I was contacted immediately to see if I was happy to wait or wished to cancel. Cabinet was sent direct from manufacturer and is great. Worth noting HIB only make deliveries once a week though (in my area Manchester) so try and order as early as you can.”

“What an excellent Company, my order for a Monarch midi water softener was dealt with most efficiently and it was delivered promptly. The price was also the best that I could find. I had also asked a few questions about water softeners and their responses were technically excellent. I have given them 5*”
